46 S7-plus for S7-1200/1500
The S7-plus communication protocol can scan all tag names of S7-1200/1500 and collect data based on the selected tag names. It supports optimized DB blocks. Due to the requirement that each Tag in the request frame must carry 12+4+4 bytes of protocol parameters, and each Tag in the return frame must carry 16 bytes of protocol parameters, coupled with the need for data encryption, the data collection efficiency is low, significantly lower than that of S7. The PDU for S7-1200 is 240, and only 10 Tag values can be returned in one frame of data. The PDU for S7-1500 is 960, the measured performance is as follows.
