19.5 USB TYPE C interface to TTL232 bus

The USB TYPE C interface is converted to TTL232 serial port, with a main chip of CH340N and a VCC voltage of 5V. It is only used for serial data transmission and reception, and only needs to be connected to the RXD, TXD, and GND pins.
