19 Coiling main drive system based on D455

19.1 Technical Proposal 1

Using the Ethernet UDP communication protocol, the D455 sends all centralized data to the PDA server via UDP.

Install multiple network cards in the server, with one network port connected to the main drive system of the 1# coiler, two network ports connected to the 2# and 3# coilers, and one network port connected to the office or other networks to provide data online and offline analysis services for other computers. The number of online clients supported should be no less than 30.

19.2 Technical Proposal 2

Using the Profinet communication protocol, D455 transmits all centralized data to the PN gateway through Profinet, and the PN gateway sends the received data to the PDA server.

Multiple network cards are installed in the server, with one port used to receive data and the other port connected to office or other networks, providing online and offline data analysis services for other computers. The number of online clients supported is not less than 30.
